  Chris was amazing. My phone was doing all kinds of weird stuff. I was directed by Verizon to go into this store to help me fix the problem. I had been in the store once before a few years ago, and I was not looking forward to the visit. Chris went out of his way to help me. Thanks to Verizon, I had to go back after work to figure out the problem. Chris was the only one in the store, and had 3 other customers. Somehow, he managed to service all of us without making any of us wait. What a lucky business to have such a great guy! He solved my problem, and was very courteous. Wow!
